Our client, a global leader in the distribution of branded FMCG goods, has retained our services to recruit a Business Development Manager based in Brunei
Job Responsibilities
Support the profitable growth & development of all of the our clients` brands in retail outlets.
Knowledge of competitive nature of the direct retailing sector and the understanding of consumers preferences and eating trends in the dynamic snacking and food-to-go sector.
Develop and maintain a tightly controlled retail business system across all the outlets.
Participate in the formulation and implementation of an annual rolling marketing campaign aimed at building sustainable sales volumes through increasing consumer awareness & purchase frequency.
Manage an accurate Budget control and delivering best value for all expenditure.
Requirements
A flexible person who is willing to learn and develop and has a can-do mentality.
3-4 years experience in a similar role is required
The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in a business related discipline.
