Job Role:
Professional knowledge in AutoCAD application, Knowledge in reading engineering design plans and Knowledge in the rmodynamics and mechanical systems.
Systematic thinking and analytical skills, Decision making and problem solving abilities, Follow-up and monitoring skills, Planning and organizing skills, Ability to perform Risk Analysis, Coordination Skills, Dependability and Good Computer Skills.
Investigating and researching the site to advise on the most suitable foundation for a proposed construction with regards to client’s needs and budget, Producing detailed mechanical designs and documentation for the construction and implementation of projects, Preparing and analyzing suitable configurations of the basic mechanical components of buildings or other structure, Checking that finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions, Designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and throughput,
Liaising, working jointly and negotiating modifications on design plans with Civil & Structural. Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
LEEDS experience will certainly be an advantage.
