This position reports to:
State Manager - Urban Development and Infrastructure
Primary Position Purpose:
This position is to facilitate the growth and development of an existing high performing team of civil engineering professionals distinguished by high quality consulting and by winning new project work. The ability to maintain existing Client relationships, the provision of technical excellence, sound leadership and Client focused delivery requirements.
The existing team is multi-disciplinary with the structure based on a matrix of sectors and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
To identify market opportunities
To undertake marketing that will secure new project work
Prepare proposals and expressions of interest
Act in a Project Manager capacity
Provide team leadership
Provide technical input into project work
Provide technical excellence in all areas of professional endeavor
To integrate with the existing team and assist in developing the group`s capability

A degree in Civil Engineering
