Looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Order Processing experience.
- Strong written communication skills to write business correspondence, activity documentation, and routine project reports.
- Verbal communication skills to articulate clearly and effectively with external and internal customers and company employees.
- Mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Analytical skills to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
- Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain favorable relationships with key internal and external contacts.
- Extensive computer literacy and keyboard skills. Job Knowledge
- Familiarity with the SAP system and Personal Computer is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the order administration process and system.
