Job Overview:
This position is responsible for the day-to-day handling of all validation phone calls and e-mails of Comodo`s customer base. This includes verification of customer information. Assisting customers with documentation requirements In addition duties may also include
Main responsibilities will include working closely with Comodo`s customer base and sales department. This position is to provide outstanding professional service. The position requires a combination of technical, validation, organizational, and superior customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in a start-up environment while applying your existing skill sets and train to increase your knowledge base. Shift work on a rotating basis and possible off hours.
Essential Functions:
Validation Operator
1.Handle day-to-day validation activities associated with maintaining Comodo`s customer base.
2.Assist customers with documentation requirements.
3.Validation of customer details prior to issuing SSL certificates or other products.
4.Assist in processing orders.
5.Assist in closing out opened tickets through follow-up with customers.
