| Job Description: |
Roles:
To provide the accounting support to the Deepwater Project Team with fast ramping up of Prelude (Australia) project team based in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
• Rolls out Cost Allocation Time Writing System (CATS) and runs workshops at various locations.
• Custodian and administrator of the CATS System.
• Supports the line on CATS modules.
• Resolution of the invoice payment issues.
• Familiarizes with the Cash Call process & account receivable process.
• Cross-refers the Business Plan (BP) manpower to our Deepwater organization chart.
• Generates SAP monthly time-writing reports.
• Maintains and sets up Cost Centres for Deepwater.
• Monitors time-writing compliance and billing completeness.
• Assists in rolling up budgeting and planning exercise and reporting against Actual.
• Assists in budgetary controls and promotion of business controls within Deepwater Office.
Special Challenges:
• Computer literate & able to use MS office applications i.e Word, Excel & PowerPoint with minimal supervision.
• Good verbal and written Communication in English.
• Good organizational skills with some experience of working in multi-cultural environment.
• Self-driven energetic and willing to work long hours.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualifications:
• Degree holder in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience and basic IT skill on Word/Excel Programme.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
