• Reviewing, approving and processing all mechanical technical design submittals on large, complex, buildings projects.
• Working on-site to resolve constructability issues and assisting with the final inspection of the workQualification:To be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate at least the following experience:
• The ability to quickly assess the integrity of a design with respect to completeness and practicality.
• A career that has involved both Design production and contracting in Building Services.
• A varied and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Mechanical Building services, both Technical and contractual.
• An ability to adapt to and solve problems around local regulations.
• A minimum of 15 years in Electrical Building Services roles.
You will require a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering and any appropriate Institutional affiliations (ASME, ASHRAE, CIBSE, etc) would be advantageous. Gulf experience is beneficial but is not a prerequisite. |
