Reports to: Kevin Deickmann, Director of Inside Sales Division: Comodo CA-UI
Duties
Call up New/Existing Active resellers asking them how things are going, make
Sure the partner knows how to use the management system, Provide any marketing materials that might be need-
Introduce Reseller to EV Certificates, Hacker proof and PCI-
Have overall knowledge of Comodo and all of the products we provide on both
The consumer and merchant levels
Handle any issues that the partner may present and work to the proper department
To address these issues.

Requirements
Make a minimum of 80 - 100calls per day/ average 4 hours plus of Talk time-
Have basic knowledge of Open Office/thunderbird
Sales force knowledge or experience (we can train them on this and Products)
Customer focus-Able to recognize and respond to customer needs; maintain a customer service focus and develop proactive solutions to customers’ issues.
Problem solving -Able to recognize problems and help identify solutions.
Personal Motivation - Able to display a positive attitude while meeting or exceeding the demands of a given situation, task, or performance standard.
Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech
Computer Skills:
Must have knowledge of PDF; Microsoft Powerpoint; Microsoft Excel; Sales Force and CRM.
