Our client is looking for a Project Manager – HVAC to be based in Chennai.
Designation: Project Manager - HVAC
Reports to: Project -in-charge
Location: Chennai
Job role:
• Speedy execution of Final phase of large Commercial complex
• Execution of HVAC Installations – with the help of contractors..
• Coordination with multiple services that includes Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary, Lifts, HVAC, installations
• Effective implementation of finishing works by interacting with Vendors and end-users
• Assist the Top Management with inputs and alerts on the various stages of completion
• Hand over the completed units to end- users and assist the Finance/Marketing teams with inputs
• To handle both Air cooling and Water cooling Systems.
Remuneration: 10 to 12 lacs p.a.

Skills Required:: |
Candidate profile:
• 15 to 20 years of experience in HVAC with specialization in Industrial Centralized Air-conditioning Systems in commercial complex of above 5 Lakhs sq ft.
• Should have handled a minimum of 2000 TR in Testing and Commissioning of Air-conditioning.
• Proficient in project management techniques and use of Technology/Software
• Excellent communications skills and negotiations skills especially in the area of project completion
• Good understanding of Techno-commercial aspects of work.
• Should have worked with Air cooled and water cooled systems
• Should have experience in executing commercial projects - IT parks, Malls etc
• Should be involved in design and implementation during construction
• Should be working with a private enterprise
• Prefer candidatesfrom chennai
Qualifications : BE (Mechanical) with specialization & experience in Air conditioning.
