Job Description
We are currently seeking a Search Marketing Manager (SEO & Paid Search) to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for the successful management of new and ongoing search marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities-
* Develop, implement, and optimize search marketing strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisitions through PPC and/or SEO.
* Develop & optimize sites and landing pages using A/B and other testing methodologies
* Expert knowledge & experience of working across different search engine platforms – Google, Yahoo & MSN.
* Excellent with keyword analysis & optimization
* Conduct in-depth performance analysis across key metrics to recommend and execute enhancements in SEM campaigns.
* Identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Identify initiatives & develop SEM strategies to target potential advertisers
* Create SEM proposals, presentations and best practices for prospective clients
* Act as a primary point of contact for existing clients & vendors
* Mentor & train new associates

Skills Required:: |

* Bachelors Degree
* PPC and SEO experience (Adwords Certification preferred)
* Extensive experience running and managing SEM campaigns
* Strong quantitative skills
* Clear understanding of ROI analysis
* Strong understanding of web usability and site design
* Result oriented individual who is a self starter, likes to face challenges & win!
