| Job Description: |
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Plan, organize, setup and coordinate market research, sales visits, presentations and training events
- Marketing of new products through emails, sampling, and direct visits
- Maintain existing accounts while searching for potential clients
- Handle all the Book Fairs in the MENA region
- Maintaining a detailed log per country, including :
1. Existing and potential clients
2. Book used
3. Clients contact details
- Perform general clerical duties that include :
1. Photocopying
2. Faxing
3. Mailing
4. Filing
- Submit the detailed weekly tasks report, travel papers, and marketing plans to the Sales Director
- Support staff in assigned project based wok
- Show interest in dealing with the academic community
- Develop and maintain long lasting relationships with key decision makers in the Academic Sector
- Self-development in the English Language
- Communicating with the direct manager, production, and the print house
- Be responsible in using company’s assets : phone, laptop, and any other equipment provided
- Other duties as assigned
