| Job Description: |
Designs and programs specific applications in response to Corporate and/or Local needs.
Designs and develops advanced methods and procedures for collecting, organizing, interpreting, and classifying data for input and/or retrieval.
Installs and debugs new and/or upgraded software on server and client platforms, ensuring compliance with current site licenses.
May design Web Site applications, Intranet reporting tools or Web Pages according to corporate needs.
Control of proper integration and collaboration of all information systems application throughout Latin America.
Manages multiple databases throughout the region to include security, data safety and integrity, disaster recovery, and development and implementation of bulk data import/export procedures.
Manages multiple servers and workstations throughout the region ensuring proper integration of these components with existing information Systems Applications.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Program in the SQL language the databases used for ERP and various other data sharing programs.
Main responsibilities for this position include coding and scripting programs for ERP, Database systems, and selected programs throughout the region. This position will require some travel.
Must conduct all business and affairs in compliance with all laws and regulations and in accordance with the highest ethical standards.
Salary range: 80,000 -84,500 pesos- 13 months + Benefits-

Skills Required:: |
Education, training, qualifications, required license or certification
College degree – Major in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering (Electrical Engineering and Math degrees will be considered).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Programming an Erp (mfg/pro or Oracle).
Database experience in Progress or Oracle (preferred), while Informix, DB (considered).
ASP and PHP programming not required but a plus.
Knowledge of and competency in the use of a variety of programming languages.
Bilingual, fluency in written and spoken English and (Spanish or Portuguese).
Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
Ability to plan, create, program and manage complex statistical computer databases.
Ability to determine applications problems and to coordinate hardware and/or software solutions.
Ability to: plan, implement, test, and troubleshoot system software.
