Global Head Hunters LLC a Premier International Recruiting firm is currently searching for a Heavy Duty Trucks technician.
Job Description is as follows:
The position requires the below qualifications:
* Master ASE Certified- Heavy Duty Truck Technician
* Heavy duty truck service experience in a lead role (at least 10 years)
* Thorough product knowledge and mechanical aptitude with engines such as Detroit Diesel, Cummins, and Caterpillar
* G2 Certified is a plus
* Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
* Understanding of computer systems
* Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
* Ability to effectively train and develop personnel
* High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
* Well developed oral and written communications
* Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex
* Ability to organize and plan effectively

Skills Required:: |
The essential duties and responsibilities for this position include:
* Assign tasks to Technicians
* Perform productive repairs
* Verify diagnosis to insure proper repairs are carried out
* Verify all safety policies and procedures are followed
* Hands on assistance to all Technicians when needed
* Follow up with all jobs to completion
* Maintain vehicle repair status with Service Writer
* Review time cards and confirm entry
* Emergency after hours support
