Our client is seeking a Ticketing Manager for a full-time position based in Sydney, Australia.
In the role as Ticketing Manager you will oversee day to day Operations for the Ticketing Office.
Main Duties include:
• Manage Ticketing Officers
• Deal with customers face to face
• Deal with customers via telephone
• Ensure customer service targets are met
• Work with IT Department to ensure the best software is installed and day to day operations run smoothly
• Produce Reports and statistics as required
• Meet with the Board as required
• Train staff
• Develop ways to improve the day to day running of the Ticketing Office and Systems
To apply for the role of Ticketing Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
• 5+ years experience in a Ticketing Manager role
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in developing new systems and ideas
• Excellent communication skills
In return you will receive a salary between $80,000 - $100,000 AUD (Australian Dollars) per annum.
