| Job Description: |
The Project Engineer is responsible for the engineering
process during a project.
Location - various offshore projects Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine methods statements and resources to execute the work scope.
- Develop work packs of procedures methods and drawings.
- Prepare project related reports, manuals, detailed calculations, etc.
- Prepare project related specifications for Subcontractor`s work scope.
- Check and verify all project engineering related documents.
- Carry out other engineering related tasks as described above.
- Ensure compliance with engineering, quality and safety standards.
- Preparation of material and equipment specifications.
- Preparation of as-built reports.
- Maintain project document control & filing system in accordance with procedures and archiving at project completion.
- Prepare project progress reports, installation reports, close out reports etc.
Capability Profile / Qualifications:
- Higher Technical College(HTS) / Technical University (TU) Civil Engineering, Maritime Design or Mechanical Engineering specialised in steel structural design or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years experience with installing offshore constructions
