Our client is searching for a German Speaking Fraud Representative to investigate the accounts raised by on going Fraud procedures and to correspond to members queries via Email.
Additional tasks may include translating and responding to fraud emails for members whose registered language is German, performing specific Poker Fraud Checks and creating and Investigating Fraud reports.
To analyse accounts that are brought to the relevant Fraud Queues and Fraud Reports, to perform fraud and risk investigations into deposits, cashouts, game play, chargebacks, and to take any relevant actions with these members accounts. To answer fraud related emails, preventing chargeback situations, verifying documents, dealing with negotiations, legal threats and settlement of member’s accounts.
