Responsible for achieving shareholder value and objectives by evaluating and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness of the global HR service delivery model. Specifically focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and achieving the greatest value from internal and external HR services.
• Develop, monitor and analyze internal and external KPIs and SLA`s for global and regional HR services.
• Ensure attainment of the greatest value and manage risk of internal and external vendor services by developing and enforcing contractual terms, conditions, and performance measures.
• Leverage capabilities across geographies and functions to optimize the value and services of the global HR service delivery model.
• Assemble the resources, teams, funding and senior management support to execute optimization opportunities and projects.

Skills Required:: |
Requirements
• Must Have Strong Sap Hr experience to be considered
• Bachelor`s Degree
• 7+ years experience
• Highly developed internal consulting skills with the ability to proactively analyze, diagnose and propose effective and creative solutions to support business initiatives
• Proven leadership, conflict management, change management and communication skills are essential
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and issues at once; flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
• Strategic analysis skills regarding opportunities to optimize supplier relationships
• Strong communicator; able to clearly articulate complex issues
• Effective execution skills; ability to work in a matrixed organization
• Good people management skills; able to forge and maintain strong relationships
• Consulting experience with HR service delivery model design and optimization
• Experience with outside vendor contracts, terms and guarantees
• Working knowledge of metrics (KPIs)
• Strong project management a plus
• Six Sigma skills and/or certification |
