| Job Description: |
Responsible for achieving shareholder value through excellence in HRIS service and support. Leader of business-oriented systems analysts who work with HR business process owners to:
• Partner with HR functional leaders to understand the business requirements/objectives and develop an HR technology strategy/plan to provide the most efficient and effective technology solutions;
• Proactively develop high-quality business process-oriented requirements, scope and business cases to justify and prioritize highest value activities;
• Utilize an end-to-end process-oriented approach to design, implement, and test process and system changes to increase the quality and value of future enhancements or implementations;
• Partner with all IT staff to ensure cost-effective ongoing operational support of the technology designed;
• Develop process outlines and recommendations for streamlining processes and lowering overall costs based on our understanding of technology;
• Implement approved system configuration components.

Skills Required:: |
• Must Have Strong Sap Hr experience to be considered
• Bachelor`s Degree
• 5-10 years experience
• Proven ability and experience in partnering and acting as liaison between HR functional teams and IT teams; consulting experience with process/systems design and integration a plus;
• Proven ability and experience in providing creative and highly sustainable process and technology solutions;
• Strong project management and analytical skills; proven ability to drive projects from concept through final implementation
• Proven expertise and experience with SAP HR configuration of two or more areas, including PA, OM, Performance Management, Benefits, ECM, e-Recruiting, Payroll, SAP Portal, and workflow.
• Excellent oral and written English skill
• Global expertise and experience is a strong plus

• Effective execution skills; ability to work in a matrixed organization
• Good people skills; able to forge and maintain strong relationships across both HR and IT
• Strong ability to proactively identify business needs cross-functionally and translate to cost-effective process and system design to support business objectives
• Proven project participation and leadership, change management and communication skills are essential
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and issues at once; flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities
• Strong communicator; able to clearly articulate complex technical issues in business terms
