Job Title: Business Analyst with Insurance Experience
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months Contract to Hire position
Required Skills:
• The Business Analyst will design and document the Premium Processing System (PPS) workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
• Will track and analyze business unit trends.
• Be the lead business analyst for help desk tickets and be the point of contact between the business unit and information technology group.
• At least 3 years + experience in writing Business Request Documents.
• 6 years + Experience in testing applications and excellent writing and communication skills.
