Skills Required:: |
At least 3 years experience in the F&B industry and with specific knowledge to food and wine pairing.
Good knowledge of all major wine producing regions including appellation specific information and wine making legislation.
Good knowledge of wine, restaurant menu, and food
Good knowledge of wine pairing
Ability to understand clientele’s different wine tastes and preferences
Articulate and with a passion for customer service.
Able to speak fluent English.
Willing to relocate to Singapore for a minimum of 1 year. |
