Our Client
Our client is a world class engineering and manufacturing company, operating world-wide, employing committed people, providing their customers in the semiconductor and LCD equipment business with innovative and unique technological solutions and logistic services.
As part of its ongoing expansion plan, our client would like to recruit an experienced, dynamic and committed professional for the position of Process Engineer.
Responsibilities
•you will be required to establish, monitor, control and conduct process planning for the Gas Delivery System of the semiconductor equipment assembly. Besides implementing cost saving improvements to products, processes and tooling/documentation, you will also manage changes in transferring assembly technology/system from customer to the Company.
Requirements
•degree/Diploma in Engineering, preferably with 3 years’ relevant experience
•Familiar with assembly and testing of high purity Gas Delivery System in semiconductor equipment
•Hands-on experience on Gas Panel and Gas Cabinet assembly, orbital welding and gas valve manifold box assembly.
•Knowledge of gas tube bending and assembly, contamination control, leak testing and purity testing procedure
•Familiar with VA/VE and Process Control methodologies
•Good team player with strong communication skills and problem solving skills
