A. Qualifications
1. Nationality: India, France, Denmark or others.
2. Education background: University or above.
3. Major: Structural Engineering, namely Industrial and Civil Construction.
4. Graduated from: Prestigious university at home at least.
5. Working experience: 10-year minimum on structural engineering; 5-year minimum on CEMENT factory designing.
6. Language: Fluent in English, specifically in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Speak in Standard English. Chinese language knowledge is preferable.
7. Type of specifications and standards on structural designing familiarized with: American and European standards (including British and Germany standards).
8. Gender: Male.
9. Age: About 35 years old.

B. Professional Requirements
1. Be able to instruct and train company staff working on structural designing to understand and acquire the American and European standards (including the British and Germany standards) in engineering and structural designing.
2. Be able to independently deal with the consultant engineers and representatives employed by the Employer, and to help obtain the approval of designs and drawings submitted by our staff.
C. Technical Requirements
1. Competent to finalize the structural plan for all the architectures in the cement plant with reasonable arrangement of beam and girder construction in plane layout and clear route for load transfer, to ensure a more economic project and render a more feasible size estimated for the beam column in short time possible.
2. Competent to work out effective stress system for huge and spacious workshop, such as arrangement of beam column and supporting plan.
3. Competent to conduct foundation design based on differential geotechnical engineering conditions for a variety of architectures in the cement plant, such as natural foundation, independent foundation and strip foundation; pile foundation of pre-cast reinforced concrete and cast-in-place pile foundation, steel pipe pile foundation and etc. In addition to the means mentioned above, he should also be able to tackle soft ground foundation in other means (at least 3).
4. Competent to carry out calculations with American and European standards (including the British and Germany standards) for internal forces on a variety of architectural structures, simple structure for example, without taking advantage of any software for engineering calculation.
5. Competent to carry out calculations with American and European standards (including the British and Germany standards) for internal forces on a variety of architectural structures using universal software for engineering calculation.
6. Competent to adopt feasible structure design on a variety of architectural structures with American and European standards (including the British and Germany standards), such as the plan for reinforced concrete structure, steel structure, masonry structure and special structure( like sleeve storage, soil retaining wall, underground tunnel, chimney and etc.), and to design working drawings practical to be carried out.
D. Interview Requirement
One day for writing test, 4 hours in the morning and afternoon respectively by Civil Engineering Department.
