| Job Description: |
Our International client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyors to lead QS Services and be part of Project Management teams on large scale Road and Highway projects. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
Pre-Construction Services:
• Supervising QS teams preparing BQ’s;
• Preparation of Cost Plans
• Value Engineering
• Preparation of budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure;
• Recommend procurement method for project, and adapt FIDIC conditions to suit tender documents
Post-Contract QS’s
• Post contract administration, site-based, under FIDIC contract form Quantity Surveyors
Qualification:BSc in Quantity Surveying. Membership of the RICS is preferredExperience:Experience in the UAE working on RTA Projects is essential |
