Reporting to Chief Operating Officer
Management of the property including P&L responsibilities, sales and marketing, human resource, and operations of the assigned property.
Plan and executive programs to promote sales and occupancy of the assigned property.
Conceptualize and create value to enhance the property to achieve desired yield.
Design and implement policies and procedures for the day-to-day running of the property for
optimum results and desired branding of the Group.
Prepare financial reports on a regular basis with recommendations to improve occupancy and results.
Recruit, lead, mentor and motivate staff to ensure cohesiveness, efficiency and good team spirit |
Skills Required:: |
Good Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent
At least 10 years’ hands-on management experience in hotels or service apartment
Must have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with people of diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
Good leadership skills with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
