Key objectives:
1. Hardware Support
- Store Managers PC and tills Configuration and support
- Servers maintenance (Head Office, Back Office, Communications)
- Peripherals (Printers/Screens/Displays) support & maintenance
- Bar code scans
- Bar code readers
- Cash drawers
- UPS
2. Software Support
- Basic software (OS, Office, mail)
- Basic retail system configuration and support
3. Store activations
- Prepare and configuration store hardware (BO server, tills,etc)
- Cabling and communications
- Phone system
Main projects:
1) IT Support
2) IT RBO
Business Opportunities:
1) Improve current IT support in store
2) Improve HW uptime in stores impacting in the consumers service
3) Insurance sales and inventory control through the systems
