Job Title: Project Manager
General Summary: Plan, organize, and direct the activities associated with the construction of structures, facilities and systems. Develop and manage project and contract budgets. Provide administration of contract and contract requirements.
Essential Functions Of The Job:
Full responsibility for execution of the construction scope for the assigned project.
Review construction plans and specifications.
Plan, direct, coordinate, or budget, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction.
Evaluate construction methods and make recommendations to most cost effective and efficient means of performing work.
Prepare, monitor and manage construction budgets.
Inspect the work to determine compliance with contract plans and specifications.
Review and analyze project schedules. Ability to maintain and update project schedules.
Prepare monthly project reports.
Participate in Client / Contractor meetings and resolving Client/Engineering and management project issues
Supervise the work of junior project engineers and staff engineers
