v More than 8 years of project management experience in projectized and matrix organizations. Trainer for PMP certification. Exposure to PRINCE2 methodology.
v Experience in end-to-end Project lifecycle - planning and delivering Integration projects across multiple streams and 3rd party vendors, within budget and schedule through tracking and monitoring
v Experience in managing large teams (50+ size)– performance management, coaching and mentoring
v Hands-on experience across complete Software Development Life Cycle –Requirements Analysis (using UML, OO Modeling OOAD), Component Based Design, Test Strategy and Test Design, 3- Tier Architecture, GUI programming
