| Job Description: |
Based in Doha, Qatar, our client will be the Middle Easts first academic medical center designed to the best international standards. They will provide world class, patient-focused, clinical services for women and children, medical education, and biomedical research in an ultra-modern, all-digital facility.
Our client is looking for the expertise of a Registered Clinical Dietician, holding a Masters degree, to work from home for approximately 500 hours over a 1 year period, including the possibility of short visits to our project. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with the development of clinical Policies and Procedures
Creating the nutrition formulary
Creating Process Maps for formulary rooms, Enteral nutrition therapy, TPN/PPN etc
Creating Staffing plans
Developing and writing patient menus
Developing and writing clinical Policies and Procedures
Liaising in the development of related Clinical Information Systems
Assisting in the development of a Metabolic Kitchen
Assisting in the development of a USA RD model sponsorship program for the dietetic graduates in the State of Qatar.

Skills Required:: |
The successful candidate will:
Be a Registered Dietitian with a Masters Degree and management experience as a Clinical Nutrition Manager (CNM), or Chief Dietitian for 8-10 years in a large academic hospital setting
Be proficient in research methodologies dealing with controlled feeding studies
Have NICU, ICU and Peds dietetics experience
Be well versed in all aspects of TPN/PPN
Be in good standing with the American Dietetic Association
Have a working knowledge of JCI accreditation and/or Joint Commission (USA) standards
