| Job Description: |
This position requires an energetic individual with the accomplishments of business and each child’s educational development. Candidate must be willing to go the each step to give each child the additional support needed. As the Program Director, parents, teachers, and your Director will look to you for answers, direction and assistance. Some of the exciting things that you will do as the Program Director include, but are not limited to:
1) Over sight of school’s daily operations with Director and Assistant Director. Insure that the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards.
2) Provide leadership qualities and creativity input to grow school as a change leader intuition for early childhood education. Interdepartmental cooperation toward the intuitions’ success
3) Develop and Strengthen current Curriculum with Lead Teachers. Develop annual school outline for activities and programs.
4) Create and set Benchmarks for Students. Monitoring student attendance and performance for the purpose of ensuring that students are successfully meeting the goals and objectives of each program.
5) Teacher management Monitoring and overseeing Teachers are following their curriculum and lesson plans. Provide leadership and guidance to teachers.
6) Provide deep involvement with Teacher & Student Relationships. Must be willing to work be involved in Parent Organizations afterhours and on weekends.
7) Student Retention. Reduce student turnover. Work diligently in graduating Preschooler into the Private Elementary Program.
8) Provide reports to the institution’s owners on a regular basis with regard to placement, accounts receivable/accounts payable, retention rates, licensure percentages, (for those programs the institution offers which emphasized this for placement purposes), and student attendance.
9) Must be willing to be entrenched in the Marketing of school and visibility of our educational philosophy. Part of the responsibilities will be Public Relations. Candidate must be willing to conduct interviews on a regularly basis for the visibility of the school.
10) Light travel required.

Skills Required:: |
Bachelors Degree in Education, Early Child Education or Related
Bilingual a Plus
Minimum 3 years as Director, Education Specialist, Director of Education, Principal or Related
Must have knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards
Must have excellent computer skills.
Must have strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and parents
Must sign 1 year commitment with school.
