Exp: Minimum of 7 years experience in a related technical support role in a similar technologically driven work environment
Location : Hyderabad
Qualification: A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
Required:
• Technical leadership on all technical aspects ranging from IT infrastructure (client server, networks etc.)
• Internal and third party application support and troubleshooting
• PC hardware support - Responsibilities include the initial evaluation of hardware problems, configuring and loading software on new laptops / desktops
• PC software support - Responsibilities include the evaluation of user software problems or questions. Performs end user training or recommends training for users depending on their needs
• Providing a superior level of service and support to a dynamic group of professional users in a very fast pace and rapidly growing working environment
• Must be able to multitask across projects, and effectively manage projects at remote locations
Mandatory:
• Hands-on technical experience with Linux, AIX and Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, 2000, VISTA, Server 2003)
• Proven and sound troubleshooting strategy under conditions of critical severity with very large enterprise and mission critical organizations
• Hands-on technical experience installing, administering and supporting Oracle
• Proven ability to multi task and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally and to think in a cognitive and autonomous nature
• Business acumen and the ability to establish credibility with a senior group of professionals
• Should have good scripting knowledge (Perl / VB Scripting)
