The brief Job profile of the role is to handle direct sales of the company services in US/UK.
The candidate profile would be :
- 8-12 years of have direct sales experience and primary responsibility should be selling.
- Have good connects with the CFO’s, HR Heads, Head of customer Service, Head of operations etc.
- Ability to be meet up the CXOs and make a BPO pitch a key parameter.
- Should be strong at selling BPO services – F&A / HRO / Collections / Order Management / Tech Support etc. and sell large deals, $5M plus TCV.
