Our client is an international leader in the creation and licensing of semiconductor System-on-Chip Intellectual Property (SoC IP) and in the development and manufacture of DAB digital and connected radios.
The Role
To work as part of a small dynamic team responsible for developing driver software for next generation video hardware on Microsoft Windows based operating systems.
Primary responsibilities will include
¡Assisting with design and implementation of video drivers for existing and future hardware
¡Architectural and functional documentation

Skills Required:: |
Required Skills
¡3 years plus C or C++ programming experience
¡Experience and understanding of Microsoft Windows system architecture
Desirable Skills
¡Experience developing device drivers under Windows
¡Experience or understanding of the Windows WDDM driver model
¡An understanding of one or more of the following video compression standards: MPEG-2, MPEG-4, MPEG4-AVC, WMV9, VC-1, AVS and Real
Operating System
¡Windows Vista and Windows 7
