Seeking a Power System Maintenance Field Technician for its Metro Atlanta, Georgia office. Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Test, troubleshoot, repair, and clean equipment
Perform duties on transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, panel meters, motor starters, and motor control centers
Travel to various work assignments throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina
Working in a team environment on various tasks |
Skills Required:: |
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
A minimum of 5 years experience in power maintenance and testing
Working knowledge in transformers, circuit breakers, protective relays, panel meters, motor starters, motor control centers, panel boards, and disconnect switches
Experience in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and testing
Switchgear and electrical design experience
Ability to travel 30-50% of time throughout the United States
Must have a dependable vehicle
NETA certification is preferred |
