| Job Description: |
We are currently working with a new private hospital in Dubai that is due to be completed in January, 2010 and we would like to see if you would be interested and available for any of the following specialties:
• Internal Medicine
• Family practice
• OBGYN
• Pediatrics
• General Surgery
Further, the candidate must have or be eligible for consultant license with Dubai Health Authority and must have the following qualifications:
• MBBS degree or equivalent
• Board certification/ high specialty certificate
• 5 years experience after certification/ specialty certificate
• CME
• Publication/ research
Salary Package and Benefits
• Salary total (this includes housing benefit and tuition if the candidate has eligible children) AED 70,000-95,000, negotiable
• 2 days leave per month for the first 12 months, thereafter 30 days leave per year- this increases with years of service
• 15 full paid sick leave days per year and 45 days sick leave at half salary
• Tickets to base after the completion of 12 months or at the end of contract
• Medical insurance
• Normal End of Service benefits as per the Labor Law
• Should the hired candidate be married, then these benefits (excluding End of Service) will be extended to their wife and up to two children
(Kindly please note that our client prefers Western-educated Physicians for this particular positions.)
