Education: Must have an advanced degree in Chemistry, PhD preferred.
Experience: Minimum ten (10) years experience in personnel supervision and management. This position requires management of the Quality Assurance Department as well as working very closely with Quality Control.
Must have several years experience working with CGMP regulations and validation preferably in an excipient, pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Experience is also needed in analytical chemistry, especially chromatography and physical property testing. Must be able to apply statistics to problem solving in both QA/QC and manufacturing plant environments
