Maintenance Manager. The duties of the successful candidate will include managing the maintenance and facilities departments; planning, leading, organizing and controlling maintenance and facilities for the local plant; budget preparation and management for the departments; and insuring continuous improvements and safe practices.
The position requirements include: a B.S. Degree in Engineering (ME/IE) or Engineering Technology; 5 years experience with maintenance craft supervision and direction in an industrial setting; good computer skills; good problem identification and solving skills; strong safety orientation; good interpersonal skills; and experience in preparing and managing budgets.
