Job Title: Project Manager
Location: London, UK
The main purpose of this role is to manage multiple employee survey projects.
Main responsibilities:
1. Ensuring overall client satisfaction for our clients.
2. Taking the lead role on multiple client projects to ensure that the appropriate internal resources are dedicated to the clients’ project.
3. Ensuring timely delivery of the survey to the client, delivery of the survey report, training the client’s representatives on utilizing survey results, delivering executive summaries and providing feedback/action- planning packages.
4. Acting as the primary point of contact and ensure that all interactions and communications between Kenexa and the client is consistent and unified.
5. Ensuring that the clients are receiving the services as stated in the contract and to be able to answer inquiries on the client invoices.
6. Coordinating internal team meetings, offering operational guidance and monitoring the progress of their client’s projects.
7. Accurate and timely completion of all project documentation.
8. Helping clients with all of their Human Resource needs.
9. Other duties as assigned to meet client deliverables
Qualifications:
1. High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
3. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
4. Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Skills Required:: |
Education/Training/Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
2. Customer service and or project management experience preferred.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
