Our MNC Pharma client is looking to hire Sales Director for French West Africa Region for Senegal, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Cameroon or Morocco
•Sales Achievement
-Based on corporate objectives, set sales and resource budgets
-Communicate clear vision, field tactics and objectives to the sales force
-Regularly review achievement of sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions as necessary
-Analyse new markets and opportunities.
•Business planning and strategy development -In collaboration with marketing, conduct SWOT analysis of market / competitors to identify national business opportunities
-Develop Business Plan based on corporate objectives & allocate resources (human, financial) for optimal sales impact
-Monitor business plan to ensure resources are directed to regions of greatest potential.
-Ensure recruitment and training guidelines are in place for all sales force positions, identifying competencies required for position success
-Ensure that the selection process for all sales force positions identifies candidates with required competencies and in a timely fashion

Skills and Experience :
• Higher degree in scientific discipline (Doctors or pharmacists)
• Ideally an MBA or equivalent in Management, Marketing or equivalent from a renowned school.
•Experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry
•A first experience as a Product Manager would be an asset
•Area/Regional experience would be a benefit
•Cultural understanding and ability to act sensitively
•Well-developed communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English and French. |
