Purpose of Position: The Business Analyst is expected to assist telecom service providers in reviewing their BSS and OSS systems (CRM, Billing, Product Catalog and Fulfillment) with the goal of documenting integration requirements for VOSS products and solutions and developing customer specific technology roadmaps.
Supported Customer(s): Tier 1 and Tier 2 Service Providers and Large Enterprises
Essential Duties of Position:
70% - Work closely with client operations teams to review and document operational processes and OSS/BSS system requirements. Objective is to produce requirements documents for VOSS product and solutions integration.
20% - Participate in internal discussions and review of requirements with design, engineering and product teams to develop technology roadmaps and program deliverables for clients in relation to OSS/BSS integration
10% - Assist the VOSS Global Services organization where necessary to ensure customer engagements are successful. This may include deployment activities, training workshops, or sales support (drafting statements of work based on customer requirements)
Job Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Two years experience working at a detailed design and implementation level integrating products or solutions with BSS / OSS systems
Experienced of having managed business process definition and optimization in at least 2 or more projects independently
Thorough knowledge of OSS/BSS solutions and frameworks with exposure to Voice over IP (VoIP) services and traditional wire-line or wireless services
Must possess ability to map business processes to solution requirements
Must possess strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Skills Required:: |
Minimum qualifications:
5-15 years of experience in systems integration projects for telecom service providers. Candidates with strong Telco experience will be preferred.
Working in geographically disparate teams is a must.
Minimum Education requirements:
Under Graduate – Any Specialization (Telecom Preferred)

Must hold current valid drivers license and passport.
