Our client
Our client is a world class engineering and manufacturing company, operating world-wide, employing committed people, providing their customers in the semiconductor and LCD equipment business with innovative and unique technological solutions and logistic services.
As part of its ongoing expansion plan, our client would like to recruit an experienced, dynamic and committed professional for the position of Assembly Process Engineer, Electrical & Electronics.
Responsibilities
•responsible for managing the complete electrical and electronics assembly process of semiconductor equipment.
•Develop the electrical/electronics work instructions and checklist, formulate product release procedures for the electrical products, as well as provide day-to-day technical support.
•Select and qualify vendors for electrical components, as well as enhance quality consistency and monitor vendor assembly quality. Apart from clarifying, documenting and communicating electrical requirements to our customers, you will also maintain the Module Test tools and other electronics equipment, as well as oversee VA/VE for cost price and cycle time reduction activities.
Requirements
• Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
•Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
•Familiar with VA/VE and Process Control methodologies
• An effective team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
