Our client is undertaking a prestigious project within Culture and Hospitality. They are now looking to recruit a Saucier / Gardemanger to be based in Doha, Qatar:
In this role you will assist to oversee a new specialist Seafood Restaurant being set up as part of a major new Qatar project.
Working as second in command to the Chef De Cuisine you will assist with the running of the kitchen. You will also be responsible for the preparation of cold food and sauces during service.
You will oversee preparation of salads and other cold dishes as required and supervise junior staff in the same to ensure smooth service.
To apply you will have a minimum 3 years experience and specialized in cold food cuisine and preparation
You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
Salary of $3,000 USD per Month Tax Free is offered,
Free Accommodation is also offered as well as Duty Meals, Uniform and Medical Coverage (Company-provided).
You will also receive Annual Leave of Thirty (30) working days per year, Vacation Air Tickets and End-of Service Gratuity – 1 Month Basic Salary per year of service.
