| Job Description: |
„ Follow-up all forwarding issues sea/air freight.
„ Making sales calls to attract new clients.
„ Develop the consolidation system.
„ Monitor daily activity and efficient handling of documents.
„ Planning and supervising and participating in processing shipping documents for the import and export of cargoes and containers.
„ Checking the correctness of information, rectifying, shortcomings and expeditious documentation handling that meets the customs needs.
„ Effective supervisory role acknowledged by the Manager.
„ Receives import documentation and check its completeness and compliance with all regulations.
„ Identifies shortcomings and takes corrective action, either independently or in consultation with the direct manger so client enquires are attended to promptly.
„ Receive shipping orders from customers, provides information on rates and availability and prepares all necessary shipping documentation in consultation with client.
„ Ensure that documentation is completed comprehensively and expeditiously.
„ Provide professional support and guidance to forwarding reps in order to assist in problem solving and contribute to their development, so subordinate staff could benefit from the support and guidance.
„ Leads team meetings to involve staff in activities, resolve issues and seek suggestions to make staff members contribute to meetings so the key issues are identified and discussed.
„ Maintains accurate and complete records of all transactions in order to comply with good filing system and to meet archival procedure.
„ Negotiate import rates with Royal agents.
„ Notify our customers on daily basis progress of their shipment.
„ Attend to all sales and customers rate request.
„ Attend to all customers` calls and inquiries.
„ Submit quotations.
„ Approach and encourage new customers.
„ Also characteristic in all ocean freight procedures with all shipping lines and others freight forwarders till finalize submitted the original bill of leading to the shippers for the purpose of sending it to there consignees (in case of export ocean freight).
„ Handling the forwarding and transportations operations.
„ Achieving customer`s satisfaction.
„ Answering customer`s inquiries and solving their problems in shipping lines.
„ Approaching on conserve old and new customers and maintains they current base successfully.
„ Supporting and leading the Sales Team in order to be able to achieve our mission successfully

Good talent in communicating with customers, colleagues and managers.
Good talent in the different negotiation situations they get involved in, also Communicating the requirements and practices of collaborative (win/win) negotiation in contrast to competitive (win/lose) negotiation, and compromise (lose/win) negotiation, that are considered to be the current dominant negotiation styles.
Getting feedback on, and discussing the issues that might be affecting the performance during different negotiation situations.
High standard of documentation handling.
Have skills to deal with difficult negotiators
