AGV Sport Group, one of the oldest rider-owned and operated apparel companies in the motorcycle industry, has sales internship opportunities available for summer 2006 and beyond.
Job Description:
AGV Sport Group provides internships to college students and recent graduates who are looking to gain practical sales and marketing experience in the real world. Our internship program offers concrete sales tasks. The intern will go through an enhanced sales training program that will provide the knowledge to present specific products into the market.
If you like traveling, communicating with customers and participating in expos and shows this is the internship for you.
Desired Characteristics:
We are looking for an energetic and aggressive self-starter who isn't afraid to deal with customers' requests and is looking to learn about every aspect of sales. Must be comfortable and effective communicating and have strong interpersonal skills. Can work independently, as well as, part of a team. Experience could be a plus, but it is not required.
If you are looking for a real practical experience, an AGV Sport internship is the right answer to your needs.
Length:
The length of internship is variable depending on individual situation and school requirements; this subject is negotiable.
Credit/Compensation:
Student interns will have an opportunity to receive college credit. Contact your undergraduate advising office for more information on academic credit.
Compensation depends on your work program as defined above; some 'lighter' work-load programs will have no compensation while others will have multiple benefits. Performance based compensation is always available.
