Perafel is currently searching for an OSS / BSS Consultant seeking change. Being global leader with access to exciting opportunities we are now currently looking for an experienced Oracle OSS / BSS Professional to join the team in Singapore.
This an exciting opportunity for an OSS / BSS Consultant that is looking for change and excitement and wanting to join a company that can offer more than numbers.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Responsible for working with clients and to define the scope of project & clarify system specifications.
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Driving test planning and execution
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
Professional Skill Requirements
• Strong BSS/OSS SME who has solid process knowledge of the provisioning, billing, mediation, and order management processes within a telco service provider.
• Between 2 - 6 years of consulting experience.
• Telecommunications BSS / OSS infrastructure experience.
• Experience implementing a major billing and/or CRM projects.
Being an experienced consultant I am assuming you already have:
• Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good Presentation skills
• Consulting Industry background
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
