Project Controls Engineer (Mechanical) – Qatar

Electrical & Mechanical Works for Ship Repair Yard, Ras Laffan, Qatar
Value: US$ 140 million
Duties:
Maintain cost control and provide planning/scheduling function. Analyse, evaluate and forecast current status against an established baseline schedule. Assesses the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
Requirements:
Experienced in Industrial Gas System. Compressed Air System. Fire Fighting System. Potable Water System. Electrical Infrastructure. Electrical installations for the various facilities / buildings and external areas.
High degree of cost and contractual awareness. Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills. Proficient PC skills including in various software used by Project Controls Department, such as Excel, Primavera P3. Knowledge of Primavera Expedition is a plus.
