Job Description
1. Needs to manage a team of 4-5 Offshore Cognizant Argus L2 support resources while providing Onsite L2 support to the Client.
Will need to balance workload between offshore resources and themselves as well as prioritize tickets/assignments.
2. Should have 7-10 years work experience with at least 4-5 years in Life Sciences and 2-3 years in Argus, preferably in Support or Development capacity
3. Argus Safety Product Specialists with at least 1-2 year of experience of product configuration, customization & enhancement, report development
4. Decent Project and Resource Management, and Strong verbal and written communication skills required
5. Strong inter-personal skills with ability and experience to liaison with Client Business, IT, and QA teams as well.
Must have worked in global delivery/support model (onsite/offshore) and able to manage remote teams for timely and quality delivery
