Qualifications & Skills
• Relative Engineering 4 years Degree.
• Very good command of the English language
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 10 years of site / building experience
• Ability to carry out site inspectors, technical + drawing reviews, Quality Control.
• Preferable previous experience in the Gulf or N. Africa Countries
• Preferable Experience in buildings, such as schools, hotels, residential complexes etc.
• Previous experience with a Building Services Consultancy

Skills Required:: |
Must have an university degree.
Have between 10 - 20 years experience.
Have extensive construction supervision experience.
Be well versed in English.
Job Responsibilities
• Performing the function of Supervising Inspector .
• Providing opinion on project documentation in respect of construction works in his field of expertise
• Defining, agreeing and enforcing a Quality criteria for a realized project
• Continuous monitoring of construction process in relation of his field.
• Cooperation with Project Manager and Senior Resident Engineers within the framework of creating and updating of schedules and budgets. |
