• 4 Years University Degree in Architectural Engineering preferably western educated
• Excellent command of the English language
• 10 -15 years of general experience
• Preferable Experience in buildings, schools, offices, hotels, malls, residential complexes etc
• Previous experience in the Gulf or N. Africa Countries is required.
• Previous experience as Fit-Out Superintendent in one major project with a Building Services Consultancy preferable.

Skills Required:: |
review contracts documents and advise construction manager.
review contractors submittals.
review shop drawings related to his discipline.
review and approve materials related to his discipline.
regular visits to project site.
ensure that the contractor has submitted method statement, quality control procedure and inspection & test plan.
