We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a Data Services Representative (DSR) in our office in Singapore. The DSR will assist the department in facilitating jobs through the data recovery process by communicating with customers through the sales cycle and working with internal departments to find solutions to customer needs. The DSR will ensure that every customer receives superior customer service while engaged in our services or during a software purchase.
Responsibilities
Attend to all areas of Sales; inbound calls, walk-ins, lead conversion, account management
Provide sales support to customers
Prepare sales quotes
Achieve sales targets
Build customer relations and provide excellent service |
Skills Required:: |
Qualifications
College degree and one to three years of customer service experience
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Proven sales experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Self-motivated with a drive and desire to win
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent business acumen
