Job Description:
• Senior technology management role that is responsible for providing leadership to architects and driving engineering governance related activities.
• Should be a mature architect with a solid Java (preferably multi-platform) background, with hands-on experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Expert in OO concepts and techniques.
• Excellent understanding of component-based and service-oriented design & development.
• Excellent understanding of design patterns and frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of architectural patterns and concepts.
• Prior experience in driving engineering/technology reviews.
• Excellent appreciation of multiple business domains and typical architectural framework.
• Excellent ability to recognize critical events and respond with urgency.
• Good awareness of maturity models such as SEI CMM/CMMI, PMI"s OPM3 and quality systems such as ISO and guide others in following the same.
